March 17, 2019
f you could break the laws of physics and journey back in time, what would your first destination be? Would you go see how the life on Earth started (and possibly die due to the harsh atmosphere? 9 Major Characters That Are Barely Seen In The Movie

March 17, 2019
Usually main characters in the movies get a lot of screen time, but some films deviate from the norm. Some trying to save them for the big reveal, others just to save a few million bucks of CGI and royalties. Whatever the reasons are, not all characters are created equally.

Here are 9 major characters that are barely seen in the movie.

1. Sauron in The Lord of the Rings
He’s in the first part for a brief moment, and then he’s basically an unseen presence throughout the trilogy. The same footage of the Eye of Sauron doesn’t count.

2. Darth Vader in Star Wars
For such a pivotal character Darth Vader was shoved way deep into the background, only popping up from time to time to perform a Force choke or admit that he’s the father.

3. Hannibal Lecter in The Silence of the Lambs
The entire movie was about this horrible cannibalistic monster and what did we get? Almost no Anthony Hopkins at all!

Child Stars You’ll Barely Recognize Anymore

March 17, 2019

Child stars don’t quite have the amazing life people would expect. Being torpedoed into fame and the Hollywood lifestyle at a young age can have detrimental effects on how a child grows up, haunting them in their life as adults. And since you can hardly get a grown-up to play a child in a movie, we’ve pretty much had to accept that child stars will always be a part of showbiz.

Some child stars manage to shake off the “child star” stamp, however. The only real way to do this is to, well, not look like your younger self. Let’s take a look at some ex-child stars that you would probably not even recognize anymore.

Lukas Haas
Lukas Haas started his career in Witness, the 1985 Harrison Ford movie. Since then, he starred in Mars Attacks, Zoolander Inception and The Revenant, mostly due to his friendship with Leo DiCaprio.

Molly Ringwald
One of the Breakfast Club stars, Molly’s now mostly playing the mother of the characters she used to be associated with when she was younger. You can see her in action on Riverdale, and has a few films on the horizon.

Haley Joel Osment
His face as a child is the thing you instantly think of whenever someone says “I see dead people”. He can currently be seen starring in HBO’s Silicon Valley, and he looks nothing like the kid that all gave us the creeps 20 years ago.

Taylor Momsen
Also known as the little girl from How The Grinch Stole Christmas. She went down the rock star path as the lead vocalist of The Pretty Reckless, albeit not overly successfully at first, and has somehow stopped acting altogether.

Everything We Know about “Terminator: Dark Fate” So Far

March 17, 2019
It’s been 27 years since the first Terminator saw the light of day. To say that this franchise’s journey was rocky is to say nothing. After Terminator 2 the movies just kept getting worse and worse. Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines – complete piece of trash. Terminator Salvation – at this point I can’t even tell you what it was about. And the most recent Terminator Genisys is just plain horrible.

So with the upcoming Terminator movie, it’s only natural that people are worried the franchise is just going to fizzle out. But according to James Cameron, who’s the executive producer, Terminator: Dark Fate will go back to its roots. What exactly does that mean we don’t know, we’ll figure it out in November, but we can always speculate!

Movies That Got Sued For Crazy Reasons

March 17, 2019
We all love to watch movies. There’s an audience for pretty much every story you’re willing to tell out there, and if you just look at the box office numbers some of these blockbusters are making, you’ll see that movies have become one of our biggest sources of entertainment. Sadly, some people hate entertainment. Some people think of crazy reasons to sue movies – or more specifically: the people behind those movies.

Let’s take a look at some movies that got sued for reasons that will make you lose all faith in humanity.

Titanic
A man sued James Cameron because he apparently stole his idea for Titanic from this man’s family. His family had a woman that survived the shipwreck and her husband that died. He’s only demanding the reasonable fee of 300 million dollars plus one percent of the movie royalties.

The Dark Knight
Despite Batman already being a famous superhero for an odd 80 years, the Turkish city of Batman recently discovered that there’s a superhero named after their city, and they sued Nolan and Warner Brothers for using the name of their city without consent. I should mention, of the two parties involved in this argument, DC Comics is the one that actually *did* trademark the Batman name.

Suicide Squad
An unnamed UK Reddit user was so disappointed in Suicide Squad for not having enough scenes of Jared Leto’s Joker, threatened to take Warner Brothers to court for false advertising. The Reddit user also reported being laughed at by theater employees for wanting his money back. No one has quite struggled like Reddit Guy has.
